When deciding whether to work for an organisation you need to understand its basic philosophy, objectives and goals.

Here at McKays, we pride ourselves on being a friendly and open place to work.

We offer a mentoring program to all employees, which means that you will have support and guidance throughout all stages of your career.

Our management style is inclusive – we involve our people in the decision making process and we work together as a team.

Our principals understand that the relationship with each employee must not only give the practice what it wants but also should accommodate the needs and requirements of the employee.

We use the latest technology and have a firm commitment to the continuing development of the knowledge and skills of our people.

We take great pride in the fact that McKays has the reputation of being one of the best places to work.

As well as providing in-house training programs, we strongly encourage our practitioners to develop their technical skills through internal and external CPD events and activities.
